چکیده

Cauayan City is one of the hubs economic development and activities in northern part Philippines. Since this an urban area, there a tendency for people businesses to converge, which results higher water demand. At present, combined distribution efficiency its infrastructures under management supervision Water District (CCWD) only 87% or with loss 10%, 1282.50m3 losses per day. This study suggests necessity introduce new innovative technologies systems adapted climate change address city's needs. Problems that need be addressed include low-efficiency performance existing infrastructure systems, lack tools more efficient delivery services, limited service coverage district due resources, depletion contamination aquifers other sources since shallow aquifer mainly utilized. Hence, decision-support application based on geographic information (GIS) managing Storm intervention designed solution needs city. The combination decision support (DSS) was presented paper maximize properly utilize infrastructure. One used as DSS MIKE Operation. complete GIS-integrated modeling tool enables users make sound decisions create future concepts storm - cost-effective resilient change. A conceptual framework relevant methodologies were guide success technology.
